Holocaust Museum Houston
$50M expansion and renovation project. Provided Program management services, including design review, estimating, base building construction management, exhibit design coordination and installation management, budget tracking, LEED process, permitting and COH certificate coordination, and owner's agent activities.

George Bush Intercontinental Airport
Contracted project management services to United Airlines. Project range included: Terminal B, C, and E self check in systems upgrades, billboard LED flight information panels in Terminal B, office space renovations, Chelsea Food Services Freezer replacement, CBRA and baggage handling systems, Flight simulator systems for pilot training center, several hanger system projects, United's new Global Services office, and ORAT for the new Terminal C North. Able to get full Homeland, TSA, HAS, and Customs badge clearance.

HISD 2007 Bond Program
$20M+ renovations for 9 HISD K-12 schools, renovations and exterior refresh for Board Trustee school project, and installation of security camera systems at 62 schools.

IT & Office
Wide range of office restacks, renovations, moves, and conversions for clients such as Shell and Exxon. Managed an IT/Real Estate upgrades and end of service coordination project covering the Americas, part of Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as the construction of 13 IT internal customer services centers for Exxon.

USAF Academy Cafeteria Security Upgrades
My first project at the start of my career, included assistant PM services for the retrofit on the USAFA's cafeteria that included blast proofing glazing systems. Job required DOJ background check for badging.

Additional Project Experience
Several small to medium size projects, that included a new trucking offloading center and interior renovations and an exterior refresh on the Clayton Library Center for Genealogical Research for the Houston Public Library System.
